activities we were able to save Van Allen Plumbing
$4,000 per month and INCREASED their monthly leads.

Under the direction of their prior marketing agency Van Allen Plumbing was
getting around 30 leads per month, and many of them were unqualified or
existing customers.

  • Plumber Advertising Pros was able to shift phone call leads, from the
    previous 50% new customer leads, to 98% new customer leads. This was
    done by allowing organic marketing to capture the existing customers and
    using paid ad dollars to ensure nearly 100% of calls (from paid ads) were
    from new leads.
  • The number of leads increased from 25-30 per month to 100-125 per
    month. A 300% increase in lead acquisition for ⅔ of the price.

  • Every plumbing company will experience some level of seasonality
    depending on their region. For Van Allen Plumbing we’ve able to use our
    monthly collaboration meetings to understand what services to focus on
    based on the demand at the time and capitalize on those services.

  • During the first month our head-of-marketing personally listens to the
    phone calls and provides a one-time analysis of her findings. This
    includes; number of missed calls, number of voice messages, and the
    number of text messages.
    • Due to the explosion of phone calls to 100-125 per month, she
      was able to show that the family-owned and operated plumbing
      business was in-need of a calling service and provided some tips
      to properly train their service provider.
      • This reduced the stress of the plumbers who were
        previously trying to juggle service visits with sales calls.
